What are your working hours? Are you open 24/7?
We are open 24/7. We often respond to emergencies in the middle of the night. Please note that certain loud work (for example, flooring installation or resurfacing) cannot be performed in apartment buildings / homeowner associations at night, where loud noise is prohibited outside of specified hours.
Do you offer free quotes / estimates?
Yes, we offer free estimates! You can provide photos, videos, or schedule a free Zoom / Google Meet video call to receive an accurate estimate.
Do you offer in-person walkthrough quotes / estimates?
Yes, we offer in-person walkthroughs for a nominal trip fee. This trip fee covers fuel to get to your location. If you end up booking the job with us, this trip fee will count towards your final bill: your total will be discounted by the trip fee if you book with us.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking at any time. You can do this by contacting us directly via email, or phone.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App. We do not accept cash or checks.
Can I provide my own material?
Yes, you can provide your own material. Regardless of who provides the material for the job, we encourage you to use quality material. If you provide your own material, we reserve the right to perform additional inspections on all material, in order to ensure that it is safe and up to code.
